It’s not that I hate running but I hate the hype that running has become.

You run so you can share your mediocre accomplishment on socials.

Barf.

I run to enjoy the peace of god when no one is watching and no one cares.

I lift weights, walk, chase my kids, play basketball and stay active because that’s what i was made for.

We are healthy, strong and mentally focused. We might run.

But we don’t run and tell.

Oh, and ya, sometimes i hate running.
